How can I pay?

 

Payment Options with Secure and Protected Shopping!

 

Juelzbutik.com accept the following payment methods: Credit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Paypal.

 

The type of payment you choose is your choice. Once your order is processed your credit card or paypal account will charge once you authorize and confirm your order. Shipments will not be sent out until the payment information is approved & verified or authorize. A confirmation letter will be email via to your email address, please include that with placing your orders.

 

 

 

 

 

Do you offer international delivery?

What type of sizing do you use on your site?

 

Most of our products are made of one size fits most. We use high quality fabric which can be stretched. 

 

Sizes Varies: Small-3XL

What is your return policy? 

 

We attach importance to the quality of products & services, so before sending the parcel out, we have to check the product twice again and packaging by ourselves.

 

 

How to deal with an item that is defective?

 

We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. We also need your help.

 

First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

 

Seond: Please shoot the picture of the product, and send it to our email, so that i could submit them to our technical director, after she check & agree, we will add the news to your next order for free.

 

Third: If we could not identify. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensation for the loss of customers, through our assessments, we will give you some more discounts on the next order.

 

 

 

Can I cancel my order?

      Cancellation before Payment !

 

                    If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it.

                    We ignore all orders until a payment is recieved. So if you haven't paid, don't

                    worry, we're not processing your order.

 

                    You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you

                    checked ut your cart online. If you want to do a "test" order to save a certain invoice for

                    later, you are more than welcomed to do this.

 

If your order is more than a week old you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending payment.

How long will it take until i recieve my order?

​

                       We ship through UPS or USPS, from the time your order is place. Processing is 1-3

                       days, Shipping is 3-5 days. If you have not recieved your package within more than

                       7-10 business days please contact us. We will respond promptly.                                  

 

 

How can i track my order? 

​

                       A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, once the invoice is processed. When your  

                       payment is recieved on the date from the time your order has been placed, you can                                always send a e-mail to the company on the expected arrival on your package.

 

                       For rushed orders, an extra fee will be added upon request!
